Draft prepared by engineering — pending review by a lawyer before mainnet. It describes how arky works today, from its code, and will change before it is final. Text marked [to be completed: …] is information the operator has not supplied yet.

Affiliate programme

Draft of 24 September 2026

These terms add to the terms of service for anyone who shares an arky referral link. Joining is free and needs only a wallet.

1. Your code and link

You create a referral code by signing a message with your wallet; your link is arky’s address with ?ref= and your code. A code belongs to the wallet that signed it.

2. How a wallet becomes your referral

  • Someone opens your link, and the first time a wallet connects in that browser, the wallet signs a message that binds it to your code.
  • A wallet is bound once, to one code, for good. It cannot be bound to its own code.
  • Nothing is credited for trades made before the binding.

3. What you earn

You earn a share of the total trading fee on each memecoin bonding-curve trade made by a wallet bound to your code, or by an agent vault that wallet owns, for as long as the programme runs. The figure is read live; the fee each trade actually paid on-chain is what counts. It is paid out of arky’s own part of the fee, never out of the creator’s or the trader’s.

Nothing is earned on your own trades, on prediction-market trades, or on trades of a token after it has graduated to its liquidity pool. See the fees page for the full split.

4. When rewards are held

To stop abuse, every reward passes these checks before it can be paid:

  • Payout delay. A reward becomes payable only after a holding period (7 days by default).
  • Real activity. None of a referred wallet’s rewards count until it has traded a minimum amount on a minimum number of different days (by default 20 USD over 2 days).
  • Wash trading. Trades where a referred wallet buys and sells nearly the same amount of the same token within 24 hours are held and never paid.
  • Self-funding. If a referred wallet’s first USDC came from your own wallet, all of its rewards are held and never paid.

These checks read only public on-chain data. Your affiliate page shows each reward’s status. We may also hold or cancel rewards that break the acceptable use policy.

5. Payment

Payable rewards are paid in USDC to the wallet that owns the code once they reach the threshold shown on your affiliate page. On the testnet, rewards are in test USDC and have no monetary value. [to be completed: mainnet payout schedule, and any tax information you will need from affiliates]

6. How you promote arky

  • Do not promise returns, call arky risk-free, or present yourself as arky or as speaking for it.
  • Do not spam, buy fake traffic, or bid on arky’s name in search ads.
  • Say that you earn from your link where the law or the platform you post on requires it (for example, advertising disclosure rules).

7. Changes and ending

We may change the share, the checks or the threshold, or end the programme. Changes apply to trades after they take effect; rewards already payable under the old rules stay payable, unless held under section 4.
